Founded in 1995, Flicker Mill Football Academy emerged from a passion for British football and a vision to create the most comprehensive coaching education in the UK. What started as a small local initiative has grown into one of the country's most respected football coaching institutions.
Our academy was established by former Manchester United coach David Thompson and England international Sarah Mitchell, who recognized the need for structured, professional football education that honored British football traditions while embracing modern coaching methodologies.
